Simon Lloyd, MLIS, University Archivist & Special Collection Librarian at the UPEI Robertson Library was especially helpful to me in a search to find images of older Prince Edward Island schools. Simon quickly located appropriate titles, provided me with scanning opportunity, and then copied scanned files to a disk that I took home for processing.
Many of these scans come from Department of Education Annual Reports from 1951-1967. They are posted with permission from the Department of Education, via Maureen Flanagan-LeClair.
Please send additional images as jpg attachments via email to Bill Oehlke or send actual photos or photocopies via regular mail to Bill Oehlke, 155 Peardon Road, Montague, PEI C0A 1R0. I have a scanner, and will scan and post. Please provide as much information as possible with each submission: name of school, location, date, photographer, etc.
